Do you offer a free trial period?
Answer: Our app does not offer a free trial because, ultimately, nothing is truly free — the cost would have to be offset elsewhere, effectively raising prices for everyone. Instead, we’ve set our subscription price at a very reasonable level to ensure that if someone subscribes for a month and decides Perfusion Mind is not for them, it won’t break the bank.
Do you have a student discount?
Answer: Our app does not offer a student discount. Again, we’ve set the subscription price at a level we believe is fair for everyone, regardless of their walk of life. We've also included a yearly billing option that is designed to help individuals (effectively) pay less per month.
The Perfusion Assistant timed out before answering my question. Did I just lose one of my questions for the day?
Answer: No. The app is coded in such a way so that the user is not charged a question if the Perfusion Assistant does not deliver a response to the user.
